Digital Marketing Services For Local Businesses by TNT Agency LLC
Everything We Set Up, and Why
You get one system, not a menu of services. It answers three questions: are people finding you, what happens to the ones who do not call the first time, and do past customers come back? Here is every piece of it, in plain words.
One system that answers three questions. Here is every piece of it.

Are you showing up when people look for you?
Not when they type your name. When they search for what you do, in your town. If you are not on that list, the call goes to someone else.
Not your name. What you do, in your town.
A Smart Website
A fast website made for phones, with a page for each service on your Google profile. We add one service page a week until every service has its own page, written with your own facts: the towns you work in, the jobs you do, how people reach you. When someone taps your site from Google, they find the exact job they searched for and a way to call you.

Your Google Business Profile
Your profile is often the first thing people see, before your website. We fill it in completely and set it up properly: the right categories, every service you offer, your service area, hours, photos and a description that says what you do. Your website pages match it, service for service.
We fill in your profile completely and match your website to it.
Reviews
After each job, your customer gets a short request for a review. Every review gets a reply, the good ones and the bad ones. We never offer a reward for a review. Google does not allow it, and it puts your profile at risk.
A review request after each job, and a reply to every review. Never a reward for a review.
Local Services Ads
The listings at the very top of Google, with the Google Verified badge, where you pay for a lead and not for a click. We set them up and manage them where Google offers them for your trade. Google asks for a few things only the owner can give: a background check, your license or business registration, and proof of insurance. We walk you through it.

Question 2
What happens to visitors who do not call the first time?
Most people who find you are not ready to call that minute. They look, they leave, and a week later they do not remember your name. A website on its own does nothing about that.
They look, they leave, and a week later they do not remember your name.
A useful guide
A short, useful guide for your trade that visitors get in exchange for their email address.
A useful guide in exchange for their email.
A few emails
A few emails that answer what people ask before they hire, so your name is still there when they are ready to call.
Emails that keep your name in front of them.
Missed-call text back
When you cannot pick up, the caller gets a text from your business right away, so the job does not go to the next name on the list. They can answer by text, and you call back when you are off the ladder.
A text back right away when you miss a call.
Optional: an assistant that answers the phone
For businesses that miss a lot of calls: an assistant that answers when you cannot, takes the details and books the job.
An assistant that answers when you cannot.
Question 3
Are you doing anything to bring past customers back?
The people who already paid you are the easiest work to win again. Most businesses never contact them after the invoice.
The people who already paid you are the easiest work to win again.
Service reminders
A message when it is time for service again: the yearly tune-up, the next cleaning, the check before winter.
A reminder when it is time for service again.
Your other services
A note to past customers about the other jobs you do. Someone who hired you for a water heater may not know you also install softeners.
A note about the other services you offer.
A referral ask
A polite ask, at the right time, for the names of friends and neighbors who could use you.
A polite ask for a referral.

Who This Is For
Local service businesses whose customers find them on Google and pick up the phone: plumbers, heating and air, electricians, garage doors, cleaning, pest control, tree care, restoration and the like. Most of them already have a website, a Google profile and a Facebook page, and feel covered.
Not every business needs all three questions in the same measure. A plumber who lives on emergency calls needs something different from a remodeler who sees a customer once in ten years. We start where your gap is biggest.
We start where your gap is biggest.
We do search work for only one business per trade in a town, so we never work against you for a competitor down the road.
What Is Not Included
- Posts. We do not write monthly posts for your Google profile, your website or your Facebook page.
- Ad campaigns on Google or Meta. They are an add-on, beside this.
- Ad spend. Whatever you spend on ads is paid by you, to Google or Meta, directly.
- Promises about rankings or a number of leads. Nobody controls Google, and you should be careful with anyone who says they do.
Add-On: Ad Management
When your business is ready for paid ads, we can run your Google Ads or Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, or both. It is a management fee on top of the monthly plan. The ad budget is yours: you set it, and you pay Google or Meta directly. We tell you on the call whether ads make sense for your business yet.
We can run your Google or Meta ads for a fee on top of the plan. You set and pay the ad budget.
FAQs
Do I need everything on this page?
Not always. It depends on your business. If your customers call in an emergency, being found and answering fast matter most. If they take weeks to decide, the follow-up matters more. We tell you which one we would start with, and why.
Do I need to be involved?
Very little. At the start we need a few answers about your services and, for the reminders, your customer list. After that we run it. You keep doing the work you are good at.
I already have a website. Do you replace it?
Your Smart Website replaces the old one, and we carry over what is worth keeping, so the address people know and the pages Google already shows keep working.
What is the difference between Local Services Ads and ad management?
Local Services Ads are the listings at the very top of Google, where you pay for a lead. Managing them is part of the plan where Google offers them for your trade. Ad management is for Google Ads and Meta campaigns, where you pay for clicks, and it is an add-on.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on your trade, your town and your competition. We do not promise rankings or a number of leads, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What you can count on is that the work gets done and that you get straight answers about what it did.
